I grew up as the seventh of eight children on a farm in southern Maine. Nature was never somewhere else. It was the living world around me—the weather, animals, fields, seasons and the invitation to explore.

That same curiosity has carried me through a life of inner work, wilderness, community, adventure and service—and eventually into decades of living alongside wild dolphins in the Bahamas and Hawaiʻi.

The dolphins and the ocean changed the rhythm of my life. They taught me about presence, relationship and meeting life as it arrives. Again and again, I have watched something open when people feel safe enough to trust themselves, trust life and become more fully present.

Today my life brings together the threads that have always mattered most to me: connection with the natural world, genuine human relationship, play, wonder, self-trust and the courage to follow what feels deeply alive.

I am still learning. Still listening. Still following the current. This website is an invitation into the projects, stories and experiences growing from that devotion.
